Ed manages Peritus' day-to-day operations and develops its strategic initiatives.

Using his deep knowledge of complex commercial transactions and regulatory frameworks, Ed draws upon his legal background to ensure that the firm maintains compliance with FINRA and SEC protocols.

Ed also develops Peritus' various strategic projects across its legal, accounting, and compliance teams, while working closely with our global partners to implement its international collaborations.

Prior to Peritus, Ed managed the asset portfolio at Lighthouse Finance. There, he helped launch its Global CAPEX program, which provides off-balance sheet financing to a multi-billion vertically integrated seafood conglomerate.
